Expanding Sentences

With this Connect set, students expand sentences by adding descriptive words and phrases.

Each grid offers a simple sentence and a choice of adjectives, adverbs, and prepositional phrases to choose from in order to create a more visually descriptive sentence. Encourage the students to create a variety of sentences, using the same root sentence.
