Saving Wilbur - Persuasive Writing Frame

This Word Bank contains starters and vocabulary to support the composition of a persuasive letter to a character from the novel "Charlotte's Web" by E B White. Children write to persuade Mr Arable to spare the life of Wilbur, the smallest of a litter of piglets.

The set contains frames with starters to structure an opening statement and persuasive paragraphs, as well as topic-specific vocabulary, link words and phrases and general words.
