At Home - Colourful Semantics

This Connect Set uses the Colourful Semantics colour-coding system to help children learn the important elements of a 4-step sentence construction – who, what-doing, what and where. With the set, children create sentences based on activities around the home.

Select from clusters of words to create the text. Children can choose freely from each cluster if they wish – although they may create "nonsense" sentences, they should still see that their sentences are grammatically correct by selecting from each cluster in the right order.
