Carnivore, Herbivore, Omnivore - Sorting

In this Custom Set, children show their understanding of carnivores, herbivores and omnivores, by sorting pictures of animals according to their diet. They decide which animals belong in each group by using their knowledge of what they eat.

On the activity pages, click on the empty cells and choose the carnivore, the herbivore and the omnivore. On the first pages, children sort just one animal into each group so that they focus on just three pictures at a time. On the final page, they sort all eighteen animals into the three categories.
