Where I Live

This Clicker Communicator set enables pupils to talk about their local area. On the first grid they can use adjectives to describe the locality. On the linked grids they can name the buildings, services and landforms in the area, as well as the transient features such as people, traffic and litter. The set may be used for children to contribute to a range of geographical activities such as a report following a walk in the area or the creation of a collaborative route map.

For related Clicker and Clicker Apps activities search for “local area” on LearningGrids.
