    This Custom Set is a picture association activity in which children link pictures of items made from a range of everyday materials to the correct recycling bin. Their choices are summarised on the final page, enabling you to assess performance.

    On each page, click on the empty cell to open a pop-up, and choose from the four recycling bin pictures to match the target litter item, according to the material from which it is made.

    Recycling Materials - Mind Maps

    With this Clicker Board Set, children create simple mind maps to show litter items (made from a range of everyday materials) correctly matched to a recycling bin.

    Each board focuses on one material – plastic, glass, paper or metal. Link the target litter items to the recycling bin according to the material from which they are made - click the cell and then drag one of its round handles to the picture of the bin. Eliminate the unwanted pictures by clicking on them and then on the trash icon. Add other objects by double clicking on the page to create a cell. Then add a picture using the picture toolbar.
