    My Meals

    This Connect Set enables children to write about the food and drink they would like or have had for their meals during the day. They are given support to write about their breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, as well as drinks and treats.

    The grids offer a writing frame with simple openers to get the writing started, and tabs for words to write about the components that make up each meal. Picture support in the cells that contain nouns provides additional reinforcement for early writers.
