I've downloaded a resource but I can't see it in Clicker/Wordbar/Clozepro/Jigworks

  1. Have you installed the resource? Double-click on the file you downloaded to install it.
  2. Are you looking in the correct folder or category? The default installation category is mentioned in the resource's description on the web site. Note: EAL resources and Adult Learners resources are not installed into folders called 'EAL' or 'Adult Learners'.

Note that all EAL resources and all Adult Learning resources are installed into other categories unless you change the category when you install - see 'I want to install a resource into a different category' below.

I want to install a resource into a different category
When the installer asks for the 'Destination Directory', click 'Browse' and select a different category.

Menu Accessibility
If you are using an IBM compatible PC with Windows XP and are running the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape, you can tab to the menu (or hold shift and then the escape key) and navigate it with a numlocked keypad.
