Responding to Music

In this Custom Set, students listen to a selection of music pieces, and then add symbols which indicate how the music makes them feel. Students can also record an oral response to each piece of music.

On the start page, introduce the pieces of music. On the activity page, listen to each piece of music, then click on each cell and select an emoticon picture from the pop-up. Children can then talk about how the music makes them feel – click on the microphone button and listen using the speech bubble button.
